All conversions are approximations. This is for all the home chefs out there who share my penchant for British recipes and struggle with the gram to cup conversion.

350°F = 180°C = gas mark 4 = moderate

  1. Good chart to have. Reading other blogs with grams, milligrams, kilograms, etc., was hard to understand when you come from a world of ounces, cups, and pounds.
